清華大學(xué)微納光電子學(xué)實驗室的后備研發(fā)團隊，共有研發(fā)人員40余人，其中博士30余人，碩士10余人，在納米光子學(xué)領(lǐng)域具有近20年的經(jīng)驗積累。
