You can be，you can be but it's dangerous to be a specialist in one thing and not knowing anything about the rest, very dangerous. Today you are studying biotech, you convince the future but five years from now neuroscience discover something and the future becomes something else. so if you have an interdisciplinary education and they taught you also have to be creative. Then you'll be okay I think you'll be doing very well. My opinion is that in the future there will be very good jobs.

我們現(xiàn)在的問題是，我們應(yīng)該給予年輕人何種教育？所以我們需要具有創(chuàng)造性思維，這非常重要。這不單是我的看法，斯坦福大學(xué)現(xiàn)在也有多個(gè)跨學(xué)科的課程。學(xué)生會(huì)知道，未來的社會(huì)分工會(huì)模糊起來，你不能只做一個(gè)領(lǐng)域的專家，不了解該領(lǐng)域之外的內(nèi)容，不然就有被淘汰的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。今天，如果你是生物科學(xué)的學(xué)生，你只學(xué)習(xí)自己專業(yè)的內(nèi)容，五年之后，神經(jīng)科學(xué)有了新的發(fā)現(xiàn)，那么你的工作也會(huì)受到影響。如果你學(xué)習(xí)跨學(xué)科的知識(shí)，又有創(chuàng)造力，那你就會(huì)做得非常好，未來會(huì)有很好的工作。

在未來，你還需要具有創(chuàng)造力，知道如何控制人工智能的社會(huì)，如何在這個(gè)社會(huì)中工作，機(jī)器越是智能化，人就要越聰明。所以，跟不上社會(huì)潮流的人就會(huì)被淘汰。今天在美國(guó)，有很多好人不愿意上學(xué)，他們所做的工作收入微薄，還需要養(yǎng)家糊口。我沒有歧視他們的意思，但是他們現(xiàn)在年紀(jì)大了，開始覺得絕望，因?yàn)樗麄兊墓ぷ飨Я恕?/p>

Who needs the factory workers so many of these jobs, of course is disappearing when the machines can do the same thing they can do it better twenty four hours a day. Why should I use you? You know you should be building the machine,  not trying to compete with the machine. So this problem. It's already here and not the paradox. We have this millions of people they don't want to study and now they are competing with the machine. Of course, the machine wins. It’s cheaper and doesn't break, doesn't get sick.

And at the same time, in Silicon Valley we desperately needed more people to build those machines. I mean we are we are getting immigrants from alone the world we are extremely upset with a stupid president we have now that wants to block immigration. We need more and more when we did want more students from China, more from India, more from everybody. You know on one hand you have millions of people didn’t study, they are losing their jobs. 

同時(shí)，在硅谷，我們極其需要人才要發(fā)明機(jī)器，我們非常需要移民。但是我們對(duì)現(xiàn)任的愚蠢總統(tǒng)都感到非常不滿，因?yàn)樗诮挂泼袢刖?。我們需要更多移民，更多來自中?guó)、印度的移民。美國(guó)有很多人不愿意學(xué)習(xí)，由此失業(yè)。

But at the same time we are creating so many jobs and we are willing to pay a lot of money, how can these people not to realize? It’s crazy. There are jobs, there are so many even some of the kids grew up in Silicon Valley they grew up there. Is it possible that today you work in McDonald’s.  So my opinion is actually opposite of his opinion my opinion you have to convince people to go to school and stay in school for a long time.

但是與此同時(shí)，我們也創(chuàng)造出了更多的就業(yè)崗位。在硅谷我們非常愿意花錢去請(qǐng)那些人才過來工作，為什么這些人就沒有意識(shí)到問題呢？我們有很多工作崗位。有些人在硅谷長(zhǎng)大，為什么最終他們會(huì)要在麥當(dāng)勞工作呢？我的觀點(diǎn)和他的相反，我們要上學(xué)，不斷學(xué)習(xí)，長(zhǎng)期學(xué)習(xí)。
