You know, so I forgot my own case, so I think you have to be in a society where this is recognized that when you fail, the something very positive you learn.

You have to be in a society that accepts you I don't think government can create this kind of society. I know china is like my home country early where if you failed on my god right the family will be ashamed of you well that's really difficult to change.

So let me tell you another thing that probably you will not ask me. Because this is not usually something that people talking about but almost related to failure is free, so much. What Silicon Valley does is free. No, Steve did not build the apple one for money he wasn't charging people money to look at it and to use it, it was for fun.

A lot of work that is done in Silicon Valley is free. There's an open source. You know what is open source or what is open source software? It's free right free software. There's one web site GitHub. It’s the most famous website for open source. If you go now I haven't done in the last few days, there are 1.2 million people contributing open source software, a huge number are from Silicon Valley. 

在硅谷，很多資源都是免費(fèi)的。你知道開(kāi)源軟件嗎？最出名的一個(gè)開(kāi)源軟件網(wǎng)站叫GitHub，在網(wǎng)站上有120萬(wàn)人在上面共享開(kāi)源軟件，其中大部分的貢獻(xiàn)者都來(lái)自硅谷。

So why they do that for free when they do it because they like it. They don't know if they will make money out of it. They do it because they like it and they want other people to know. “hey look how good I am. I’ve done this.” Okay, it's like social media but social media for high tech projects.

他們?yōu)槭裁匆赓M(fèi)做這些事情？他們只是出于熱愛(ài)才不求回報(bào)共享開(kāi)源軟件的。他們不知道自己能不能賺錢(qián)，只是單純出于熱愛(ài)才制作這些軟件的，然后告訴其他人“看??！這就是我做的軟件。”這和社交媒體是一個(gè)道理。
